NFL Week 7 Predictions

Washington at Carolina (Sunday 1pm)
John Beck gets his first start at QB for the Redskins, who imploded behind 4 INT's from Rex Grossman last Sunday. Could be a "Cam-ing Out Party" for Newton.
Winner: Panthers

Seattle at Cleveland (Sunday 1pm)

Yet another trip East for the Seahawks, who've previously lost in Pittsburgh and won in NY against the Giants.
Winner: Browns

Atlanta at Detroit (Sunday 1pm)

Can the Lions rebound after a last second loss and subsequent altercation involving head coach Jim Schwartz?
Winner: Lions

Denver at Miami    (Sunday 1pm)

It's Tim Tebow day in Florida.  Tebow gets his first Denver start and his 2009 Florida Gator Championship Team gets honored at halftime.
Winner: Broncos

San Diego at N.Y. Jets (Sunday 1pm)

The Jets looked awful against the Dolphins, who after all - are just awful - Monday night.
Winner: Chargers

Chicago at Tampa Bay (Sunday 1pm)

There's something good going on in Tampa! No LeGarrette Blount for the Bucs though as his knee injury makes room for Ernest Graham.
Winner: Bucs

Houston at Tennessee (Sunday 1pm)

With the Titans (won 9 of last 12 vs. Houston) coming off the bye week and the Texans facing back-to-back road games, this one could get ugly.
Winner: Titans

Pittsburgh at Arizona (Sunday 4pm)

A surprisingly tough win over Jacksonville last Sunday should see the Steelers, who finally got their running game going behind Rashard Mendenhall (146 yards, 2 TD's) licking their chops to head out West to face the Cardinals.
Winner: Steelers

Kansas City at Oakland (Sunday 4pm)

Welcome to the Carson Palmer era in Oakland! It's nice of the NFL to make the Chiefs the invited guests.
Winner: Raiders

St. Louis at Dallas (Sunday 4:15pm)

The 0-6 Rams, with starting QB Sam Bradford in a walking boot all week, are just what the doctor ordered for the homecoming Cowboys.  St.Louis is 30th against the pass. Hello Miles Austin!
Winner: Cowboys

Green Bay at Minnesota (Sunday 4:15pm)

Christian Ponder begins his starting career at QB for the Vikings. Welcome to the NFL kid as your first start comes against the defending champion Packers.
Winner: Packers

Indianapolis at New Orleans (Sunday 8:20pm)

Another Sunday night dud for the NFL. Expect plenty of Manning talk in this one.
Winner: Saints

Baltimore at Jacksonville (Monday 8:30pm)

Can you say trap game for the Ravens? Baltimore's 7-1 in the past 8 vs. Jaguars.
Winner: Ravens

Byes: Buffalo, Cincinnati, N.Y. Giants, Philadelphia, San Francisco, New England

Last week: 9-5
Season: 62-29
