NBA Playoffs Update Schedule for TNT & NBA TV

It’s “Win or Go Home” Time for Teams as TNT and NBA TV Announce NBA Playoffs Schedule for Thursday, April 28

TNT’s coverage of the NBA Playoffs continues Thursday, April 28 with a doubleheader featuring Kobe Bryant and the Los Angeles Lakers visiting Chris Paul and the New Orleans Hornets for Game 6 at 8 p.m. (ET). The Lakers can eliminate the Hornets with a victory. Kevin Harlan (play-by-play), Reggie Miller (analyst) and Cheryl Miller (reporter) will call the game. Following the first game, Dirk Nowitzki and the Dallas Mavericks will take on Brandon Roy and the Portland Trail Blazers at 10:30 p.m. (ET) for Game 6 of that series. The Mavs can advance to the second round with a win over the Trail Blazers. Matt Devlin (play-by-play) and Kevin McHale (analyst) will be courtside with Marty Snider (reporter). The night will conclude with the Emmy® award-winning studio show Inside the NBA presented by Hyundai with Ernie Johnson (host), Charles Barkley (analyst) and Kenny Smith (analyst).

NBA TV also will continue to provide extensive coverage of the playoffs beginning Thursday, April 28 at 7 p.m. (ET) with host Rick Kamla and analysts Dennis Scott and Steve Smith previewing the night’s action on the AutoTrader.com Pregame Show at 8 p.m. (ET). Following the pre-game show, the Atlanta Hawks will host the Orlando Magic at 7:30 p.m. (ET) in Game 6 of their series. The Hawks can eliminate the Magic with a win. NBA GameTime will conclude the night’s action with full post-game coverage, including live press conferences.

NBA TV’s 1,500 hours of wall-to-wall coverage over approximately 65 days will include live first round action, 195 hours of live studio coverage, pre and postgame analysis, press conferences, complete game playbacks of every playoff game, and encore presentations of NBA GameTime.
