Baseball Tonight Hits the Road for Red Sox-Yankees Sunday Night Baseball Showdown


One of baseball’s biggest rivalries returns to ESPN on Sunday, April 10, when the Boston Red Sox and newcomers Adrian Gonzalez and Carl Crawford host the New York Yankees and Mark Teixeira at 8 p.m. Dan Shulman, Orel Hershiser and Bobby Valentine will have the call with Wendi Nix and Buster Olney reporting. The game will also be available on ESPN Radio (Jon Sciambi and Chris Singleton in the booth), ESPN Deportes, ESPN3.com and ESPN Mobile TV.  ESPN’s coverage will begin with Baseball Tonight from historic Yawkey Way outside of Fenway Park, at 7 p.m.  Karl Ravech, in his 17th season as host of the show, will join analysts John Kruk and Barry Larkin, Sunday Night Baseball’s Valentine and Hershiser, and reporters Nix and Olney.
