For anyone who missed them earlier this week, here's our TCN picks!
San Francisco at San Diego (Thursday 8:20pm)
A battle between two of the wannabee’s in the two worst divisions in the NFL – the AFC & NFC West.
New Orleans at Baltimore (Sunday 1pm)
This one will not be for the faint of heart. Do you think Drew Brees might be feeling a little better after seeing a pair of 90+ yard drives by Houston in the 2nd half against that vaunted Ravens defense?
Arizona at Carolina (Sunday 1pm)
If you’re watching this game, shame on you.
Cleveland at Cincinnati (Sunday 1pm)
Since this one has no bearing on the playoffs, it’s all for pride. Can you guess who has the edge there?
Washington at Dallas (Sunday 1pm)
The Cowboys are six points away from being undefeated in the Jason Garrett era after three-point losses at home to both the Saints & Eagles. UPDATE: Two words: REX GROSSMAN.
Jacksonville at Indianapolis (Sunday 1pm)
The winner here will likely be the AFC South Champion. The last time the Jags swept the Colts was….NEVER. Jacksonville won game one on a last second Josh Scobee 59-yard FG as time expired.
Buffalo at Miami (Sunday 1pm)
Hard to believe, but the Dolphins could still be in playoff contention with a win here and next week at home against Detroit.
Philadelphia at N.Y. Giants (Sunday 1pm)
The winner likely grabs the NFC East Championship. Eagles won the first meeting after Eli Manning’s last minute fumble while trying to slide into a first down.
Kansas City at St. Louis (Sunday 1pm)
If Matt Cassel plays after having an appendectomy over a week ago, the Chiefs have a chance. If not, the Rams move one step closer to winning the NFC West.
Detroit at Tampa Bay (Sunday 1pm)
Gutsy (and lucky) victory in DC last week by the Bucs over the Redskins. It shouldn’t come down to a botched extra-point this week.
Houston at Tennessee (Sunday 1pm)
Two teams who seemingly have forgotten how to win. Houston’s lost six of seven while Tennessee hasn’t won since October.
Atlanta at Seattle (Sunday 4pm)
How do the Seahawks stop Michael Turner? Who is Matt Hasselback throwing to? Who is the better Boston College QB?
Denver at Oakland (Sunday 4:15pm)
At least the Raiders play hard.
N.Y. Jets at Pittsburgh (Sunday 4:15pm)
Three FG’s is all the Jets offense has been able to manage the past two weeks against New England and Miami. Do you expect it to get any easier against the Steelers (4th in Total Defense & 2nd in Scoring)?
Green Bay at New England (Sunday 8:20pm)
The X-Factor here is the health of QB Aaron Rodgers, whose second concussion of the season has left him questionable. With the way the Patriots have been playing of late, winners of five in a row over Pittsburgh, Detroit, Indianapolis, NY Jets & Chicago by a combined score of 196-117, it may not matter.
Chicago at Minnesota (Monday 8:30pm)
This one gets played outdoors at the University of Minnesota with no beer for the fans! Now with Brett Favre’s streak gone, there’s little interest for the Vikes (or the fans). Joe Webb facing the Bears defense is not a pretty sight.
