Tuesday morning update - Baron A-10 Coach of the Year, Clemens in trouble again and Michael Vick's comeback?

It's amazing that it's already been one year since the close of the Score, but yes, today is the one-year anniversary of the final day on-air of Sportsradio the Score. Many things have changed but like everything else, life moves on. But before we do, here's proof on how much has changed. My little girl Abbie was just 10 months old then and now she's almost 2 years old. Check her out then and now -

And now, onto to today's news -

* - Congrats to URI head coach Jim Baron. He's the A-10 Coach of the Year. Good news for his players too as Jimmy Baron is named to the A-10 First Team while Kaheim Seawright made the 3rd team. Meanwhile, Delroy James is your 6th Man of the Year. The Rams, now 65 in the Daily RPI, face the UMass/Duquesne winner Thursday at 6:30pm at the A-10 Conference Tournament in Atlantic City. * - Over at the Big East Tournament, play gets underway with four games in the 1st round. You can watch it exclusively online at the Big East website. PC will play its first game Wednesday at 12pm (ESPN) against the winner of today's Cincinnati/DePaul matchup. The Friars right now have an RPI of 71. Weyinmi Efejuku makes the Honorable Mention All-Big-East team.

* - Speaking of the Friars, a good article today in the ProJo by Bill Reynolds on former head coach Tim Welsh.

* - Dwyane Wade continues to carry the Miami Heat on his back. Last night in Chicago, D-Wade comes up with 48 and this last minute steal and buzzer beater to beat the Bulls in double overtime 130-127. Check it out from NBA.TV and You Tube -

* - Mike Lowell gets his first spring action today for the Red Sox as a DH, according to the Boston Globe.

* - Twitter is being used by many sports teams now to get their message out. Don't forget to check out "The Crowe's Nest" on Twitter too right here. (Sun Sentinel via Boston Herald).

* - More bad news for Roger Clemens as evidence linked to him test positive for banned substances. (NY Times)

* - Pro Football Talk's Mike Florio talks about a Howard Balzer report on the UFL's interest in Michael Vick. Meanwhile, Dennis Green will join Jim Fassel, Jim Haslett and Ted Cottrel as the four coaches of the league. And how could we not leave you with this epic from Denny, right?

Back with more later!
