The NIT matchups are out. Providence College, as a fifth seed, will host Miami on Wednesday night at The Dunk at 7pm. The game will be televised by ESPN 2.
If the Friars win, they'll take on the winner of Florida/Jacksonville. Yes, it would be Billy the kid Donovan vs. his alma mater once again. Now as for round one, PC gets the home game despite the fifth seed due to a scheduling conflict (i.e. a little thing we like to call the NCAA Tournament) in Miami.
As for URI, they'll travel to Niagara Tuesday night at 7pm. The Rams are a 6th seed and will face the winner of Penn State/George Mason if they beat Niagara in the first round.
